From a very young age, when we start to have a perception of things around us, we perceive a phenomenon common to all happening, losses. Whether we are children or adults, one thing is for sure, losing is unpleasant.
During our lifetime we lose many things, some simple, others priceless. Of all the losses we suffer, the death of a loved one is without a doubt the one that affects our emotions the most. When a person very close to us dies (father, mother, son, brother, friend, etc), our emotional health is strongly affected. Over time, many lose the will to carry out their daily activities and sometimes even lose the desire to continue living. At this stage of life, living doesn't seem to make much sense since we're all going to die.

Reasons to resume activities and continue living

I invite you to imagine with me: imagine the dear people who passed away staring at us, carefully following our steps since the moment they passed away, seeing us giving up on life. Can you imagine? Now answer:

Would she be happy with your new lifestyle?
Is this how she wanted your life to be?
If she had a chance, what would she say to you?

If I were that person, I would say: please make my life count.
It's hard to manage the loss of someone important, but please live and show through your life that that person's life was not useless, just make their life worth it.
I will not give up on life
